2. Scope of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all interactions through AIComfort.best, including the provision of services related to AI lifestyle devices, information products, and physical goods.

3. Services: AI Lifestyle Devices

3.1 Description: Our services include consultation, installation, and support for AI-powered lifestyle devices offered by AIComfort.
3.2 Scheduling and Transfer: You may request to transfer a scheduled service up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. To arrange a transfer, please contact us.
3.3 Cancellation and Fee Adjustment: If you cancel a service at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, we will apply a fee adjustment by issuing a refund of the full service fee. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee adjustment. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a fee adjustment due to the specialized nature of resource allocation.

4. Information Products

4.1 Description: Digital materials such as e-guides, webinars, and instructional videos on AI lifestyle devices.
4.2 Access and Usage: Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to download or stream the content.
4.3 Cancellations: If you believe the product does not meet advertised specifications, please inform us within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, issue a refund of the product fee. All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Physical Goods

5.1 Description: Devices and accessories sold through AIComfort.best.
5.2 Inspection Period: You have 14 days from receipt to inspect the item. If the item is defective or significantly different from the description, you may send it back for an or a fee adjustment.
5.3 Sending Back Items: To exercise this option, please contact us for shipping instructions. We will cover the shipping costs to have the defective item sent back to us.
5.4 Condition Requirements: Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact. Customized or specially ordered items may not qualify for an .

6. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, credited to the original payment method.
6.1 Services: Approved cancellations will receive a full or partial refund according to section 3.3. If service slots cannot be filled, you may opt to transfer the appointment without a fee.
6.2 Information Products: Approved cases under section 4.3 will receive a full product fee refund. Access to downloaded or streamed content will be revoked.
6.3 Physical Goods: Approved s or fee adjustments under section 5 will be handled once we receive and verify the item. Shipping fees for standard shipments are non-refundable except in cases of defect.
